Supreme Court of India reviewed all the petitions and issued order regarding the conduct of NEET 2016. There was a lot of confusion with respect to state and private entrance exams. - Candidates desiring to get admission to MBBS and BDS need to appear for NEET
- State and private institutions will not be allowed to conduct entrance exams for MBBS and BDS
- Candidates of NEET Phase 1 can appear in Phase 2 if they are ready to give up their candidature for Phase 1.
- Phase 2 will be tentatively scheduled to be conducted on July 24
- The results for both the phase will be published tentatively on August 24th.
